- 12 baguette slices, grilled or toasted
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups sliced Foxy strawberries (about 15)
- Pinch each sea salt and cracked pepper
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
Spread baguette slices with ricotta. Top with strawberries, salt and pepper. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle basil over top.
• Substitute goat cheese for ricotta if desired.
• Substitute honey for balsamic glaze if desired.
