- 3 cups sliced Foxy Strawberries, divided
- 2 bananas, frozen
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/4 cup quick rolled oats
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut
Strawberry Smoothie Bowl
- In blender, purée 2 cups sliced strawberries, bananas, almond milk, ice, oats, honey and vanilla until smooth.
- Divide among 2 bowls. Top with remaining strawberries, almonds and coconut.
Tip: Boost the breakfast bowl with a drizzle of flax oil, ground flax, chia or hemp seeds.
